SAN PETERSBURG. From November 23-28, 2012 over 80 artists, groups and collectives represent more than 20 countries in Russia’s largest annual New Media Festival, CYBERFEST held at: St Petersburg, Russia at: The State Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburg State University, Creative Space Tkachi, Art re.FLEX Gallery, Frants Gallery Space. For the 6th Annual Edition, CYBERFEST 2012 explores the impacts of art and technology on society’s future through a 6 day multidisciplinary event titled “AT HEAVEN’S DOOR”. Exhibits, events and performances across St Petersburg’s top cultural venues present varied perspectives on the physical state of international New Media and the metaphysical directions it leads society.
The program includes a survey of Brazil Video Art by César Meneghetti (Brazil), Rachel Rosalen (Brazil), Alex Villar (Brazil–USA), Fernanda d'Agostino (USA), Fernado Velazquez (Brazil), Carolina Redondo (Chile), Angie Bonino (Peru), Sergio Ulhoa (Brazil), Mat Rappaport (USA) / Curated by Miguel Petchkovsky Morais (Brazil–Netherlands).

CÉSAR MENEGHETTI'S CURATORSHIP @ MUSEUM OF ROME IN TRASTEVERE
ROME. From 21st November to 09th December 2012 Marianna
Caprioletti’s solo exhibition DUPLICAZIONE TRADUZIONE TRASFORMAZIONE on
show at the Museum of Rome in Trastevere. A significant retrospective of
Caprioletti’s work including 71 drawings and paintings on paper. It proposes to
approach art independently of pre-concepts, investigating the border of normality with an
astonishing, surprising and representative selection of works of some of the
Art Lab authors with mental disabilities. This first solo show was born parallel to I\O IO E’
UN ALTRO project is divided in 3 acts (Duplication Translation Transformation) for each period, proposal and technique and also includes an extended analysis on History of Art, a 2 channel video and
a portrait of Marianna. Curated by César Meneghetti by invitation of Simonetta
Lux and Alessandro Zuccari DUPLICAZIONE TRADUZIONE TRASFORMAZIONE had also the support and collaboration of several researchers
and Historians of Art: Antonella Antezza, Cristina Cannelli, Giorgia Lanino,
Giovanna Tavazzi, Vittorio Scelzo.
